👤 Customer View

As a customer, you can start a co-browsing session and share your screen with a support agent. A PIN code will be generated for the agent to join.

As a support agent, you can enter a customer's PIN code to view their screen, provide annotations, and guide them through processes.

How It Works

Customer clicks "Start Cobrowse" and receives a PIN code
Customer shares the PIN with the support agent (phone, chat, etc.)
Agent enters the PIN in the Agent Portal to connect
Agent can now see the customer's screen and provide guidance
Sensitive fields marked with .hide-me class are masked from the agent
